I’m an artist specializing in painting and printmaking. Working full-time as a high school art educator, this shop has become the outlet for my own work. With this series of prints, I’m focusing on birds and local flora that inspire me everyday.
I handprint all of the items at my studio and ship everything directly to you. The Linocut process allows me to make multiples of one image, but please keep in mind that not all prints are exactly the same. There will be slight differences and impressions, but it’s just the nature of the type of artwork you are buying—each one is unique.

“Recently I have been making work that is tied to memories. All of these investigations of plants, flowers, and birds are linked with a certain moment and feeling. I have always been interested in what triggers intense memories and working with this subject matter helps me explore those thoughts. It is fascinating to me that out of the blue, you can smell, taste, or see something that brings back a specific moment. For me, these prints represent memories of family, childhood, and loss. ”
